Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an onsite announced survey conducted March 18, 2024 for the purpose of expanding services to include in-center peritoneal dialysis, Pocono Home Center was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 494, Subparts A, B ,C and D, Conditions for Coverage for End-Stage Renal Disease Facilities. Approval for in-center peritoneal dialysis recommended effective March 18, 2024.
